Jon Melby,

spent 18 years stuck before he figured out how to clear the runway. Since then he's served 11 years in Air Force Special Operations, built a 17-year professional airshow career starting at age 40, founded a $3.4M/year medical clinic, and earned his PhD. He's 65, still building, and has made it his mission to help people boss their fear and get their dreams out of the hangar.
